RenewMD partners with OpenLoop Health, an independent licensed telehealth infrastructure provider, and uses the Tellescope patient portal to collect your health history, verify identity and state of residence, and route you to a licensed U.S. provider.

What happens next

1. Secure intake form. You'll complete a HIPAA-compliant health questionnaire covering medical history, current medications, and weight-care goals.
2. State and identity verification. We confirm you reside in a state where our clinical network is licensed before any clinical review begins.
3. Provider review. A licensed U.S. provider reviews your information and orders baseline labs if appropriate.
4. Treatment decision. If a GLP-1 program is clinically appropriate, your provider will discuss options and your plan ships every 28 days with coaching and follow-up included.

You stay in control

• Your card is charged immediately following the questionnaire, at the step where you select your product. If a licensed provider overrides your pre-qualification, your full amount is refunded.
• You can pause or cancel between cycles by emailing support@renewmd.clinic.
• All clinical communications happen inside the secure patient portal.
